Classy Ceramic Wedding Gifts

When you are planning a wedding and reception I think the hardest part is trying to find the perfect wedding favor for your guests. You could buy something useful, like something for the house, shiny crystal thank you gifts, or possibly some classy ceramic wedding favors. Whatever your preference, I found out there are an awful lot of each to choose from.
I’m planning a themed wedding in a country western motif, and I’ve found quite a few exceptional ceramic favors to work with. Every possible motif you could think of for your wedding and reception will still work with ceramic thank you gifts. While looking through all the possible wedding favors I spotted an adorable little black ceramic wedding tray made especially for the little tea caddys that came with it. Some of the selection I checked out were tea lights, flower vases, and candle holders that would make awesome ceramic wedding gifts. Since I consider shopping for the wedding favors as the most difficult part of the planning, plus trying to decide from such a wide variety, I decided that it was the last thing I put on my list of things to do.
So, decorating my reception tables was the first task on hand. Picnic tables were the choice for my country western décor, and I put red and white checked tablecloths on each with daisies in little metal buckets to use as centerpieces. The little barbecue grills I picked out as place card holders were so cute, and I thought they would make adorable little souvenirs of our reception for our friends and family to keep. Since we were having a family cookout instead of having our party catered, I thought the little grills were a nice added touch. We had cowboy shaped glasses to drink from and little tiny cowboy hats at each guests place setting to add to the western motif. As far as the ceramic wedding favors go, I didn’t go with the tea caddy, instead I opted for these adorable little honey pots with hearts on the dippers. I felt they worked out better for a country western theme and I really liked the way they looked. But, I came close to choosing one of the candle holders as their ceramic wedding favor because they were just so gorgeous. Not only did our reception tables look like an authentic down home celebration, but all the rest of the accessories we had for our reception was perfect too.
With the haystacks we set up and the white lights twinkled in the trees, it was the epitome of a country wedding. Our wedding cake topper was not to be believed, it was figurines of a cowgirl roping her man and hauling him to the altar. Everyone seemed to get a lot of laughs out of our cake topper and we thought it was quite amusing too. There were lots of laughter at our reception, we all dance, and partied our little hearts out and had such a super time. One of the most creative and enjoyable thing we had going on, was an awesome hayride for everyone, and the kids really got a big kick out of that.
All of the people that were in our wedding ceremony got little gifts from us, like our bridesmaids and groomsmen. For the men in the wedding party, my fiance had chosen these cool cowboy steins and thank you gifts, and I chose delicate little ceramic favors for the ladies. As far as a gift for our ring boy and flower girl, we found adorable little tee shirts that said ‘flower girl’ and ring bearer’on them. Everyone seemed to be happy with the thank you gifts we chose for them.
I ordered bride and groom cowboy hats for me and my husband, a few accessories like an adorable western themed guest book and pen set, and a gorgeous wedding album to store the memories of today in. I was hoping a country western wedding and reception would be cool, but I never thought it could have been so fantastic and that everyone would have such a wonderful time.
