Classy hearts wedding!

You can definitely call their wedding amazing with all the heart wedding accessories they had for decoration. The presents, the invitations, the whole nine yards, all of the things in their wedding had a heart decoration of some kind on it. The classy hearts favors they sent out had a couple of silver hearts on the outside with the scheduling and contact information all printed so that it was right there when you opened it up. They were really quite beautiful. They picked out very elegant candle holders for the unity and tapered candles, and of course there were two small hearts dangling from the unity candle. The flowers and candles added an exquisite touch to the altar. Hearts were on the sides of the church pew where the wedding tulle was attached. The fact that they tied the knot on Valentine’s Day no doubt had something to do with the whole hearts idea. It was an incredible wedding, highlighted by a bride that was so lovely, she could have been an angel.
At the reception there were hearts and flowers everywhere you looked. The silver hearts wedding theme carried over to the place cards holders at the reception tables, and they complimented the red and white rose centerpieces beautifully. The table settings glittered with glasses for wine and champagne. She did an awesome job of designing the place settings at the reception. There were customized wine glasses with the date of the wedding and the names of the couple, along with crystal champagne flutes. On the table that the wedding party sat at, the new couple had very special champagne glasses. It was very much like the silver hearts wedding invitation they sent out; it was a silver double hearts wedding champagne glass for each of them.
They had a little magnificent hearts wedding cake with five layers of heavenly confection. It looked as good as it tasted. The cake topper she chose, believe it or not, wasn’t a heart, but, figurines that looked exactly like the bride and groom. The wedding cake topper was special, the only one of that type I’ve ever been exposed to. She said she bought it at a wedding website where she got all of her accessories and reception supplies. They apparently do customizing on wedding toppers, and all she had to do was send in photos of her and her fiance and they made the special cake topper couple. I’m sure they’ll treasure that forever.
In the end, we gave a classy hearts wedding to all of the guests. One gift was an adorable votive candle holder, and the other was a package of coffee, decorated differently for the ladies versus the men, that came with a heart-shaped utensil to scoop the coffee with. It struck me as a neat pair of gifts to give everyone. Really, there was no shortage of awesome thoughts for the wedding. Obviously, Valentine’s Day made the hearts thing a natural fit, but the way she did it was quite classy. I really thought the wedding cake topper was the most awesome of all. It would be great if they did that for birthdays and other ocassions too. She offered to show me where she got everything, and she said that they have something for every occasion. They couldn’t have put it together any better, and all of the people who went had a smashing time there. Their Mexico honeymoon is probably even more fun than the wedding was. When they get back home, I’m anxious to look through their pictures with them, and hear about all the fantastic things we saw and did in Mexico. From the brochures she showed me, it’s looks magnificent.
